Work you'll do:

As a Consultant in the PCOE, you will work at the intersection of client strategy and emerging technology. You will support the development of GenAI-enabled solutions for priority pursuits and co-create compelling AI frameworks that help Deloitte teams differentiate in the market. You will also collaborate with the AI COE and pursuit leaders to translate business needs into structured, workable use cases and frameworks.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Work closely with pursuit teams to understand client issues and shape relevant GenAI or Agentic AI use cases.
2. Support the development of solution narratives and integrate AI thinking into pursuit frameworks.
3. Assist in the design and build of lightweight proofs of concept in collaboration with analysts and the AI COE.
4. Translate technical concepts into clear, business-oriented messages for internal and client-facing discussions.
5. Maintain documentation of re-usable assets, prompts, workflows, and past POCs for future pursuits.
6. Conduct research on GenAI trends, competitor benchmarks, and industry-specific AI opportunities.
7. Operate under tight timelines to contribute meaningfully during high-stakes pursuit windows.

Requirements:

• A degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• 3 to 5 years of experience in consulting, digital innovation, or pre-sales solutioning
• Exposure to Generative AI concepts, tools, and prompt engineering techniques
• Strong writing and storytelling ability, especially in technical solution framing
• Analytical thinker who is comfortable with ambiguity and agile execution
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams under pressure
• Familiarity with Financial Services industry
• Bonus if you have:
  • Experience supporting large proposals, bids, or pursuit engagements
  • Familiarity with GenAI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Azure OpenAI, Copilot)
  • Understanding of client issues in regulated industries like Financial Services, Healthcare, or Public Sector
