Work you'll do:

As the Senior Manager of the PCOE, you will lead a regional team that supports strategic, high-value pursuits across Deloitte Southeast Asia (SEA) businesses by embedding Generative and Agentic AI solutions. You will work closely with Clients & Industries (C&I) leaders and the pursuit team to co-create differentiated, AI-powered solution narratives and proof-of-concepts that position Deloitte SEA as a trusted innovation partner.

As the Senior Manager of the PCOE, you will lead a regional team that supports strategic, high-value pursuits across Deloitte Southeast Asia (SEA) businesses by embedding Generative and Agentic AI solutions. You will work closely with Clients & Industries (C&I) leaders and the pursuit team to co-create differentiated, AI-powered solution narratives and proof-of-concepts that position Deloitte SEA as a trusted innovation partner.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Lead the Pursuit CoE team and oversee the triage, approval, and deployment of support across Southeast Asia pursuits.
2. Collaborate with BU C&I leaders and pursuit teams to identify qualifying deals where GenAI or Agentic AI solutions can create client impact.
3. Shape the pursuit-level solutioning approach, including the design and oversight of POCs in partnership with the AI COE.
4. Guide pursuit teams in embedding AI frameworks and narratives into their pitch strategy.
5. Engage with pursuit leaders and client account teams to drive AI-enabled differentiation across priority sectors.
6. Drive internal alignment with AI COE on reusable assets, technical feasibility, and delivery readiness.
7. Ensure governance, reporting, and knowledge capture from each pursuit for future reuse and acceleration.
8. Represent the CoE in senior stakeholder discussions and help grow internal awareness of its role and value.

Requirements:

• A degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of consulting, digital solutioning, or pursuit leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a regional or cross-functional role.
• Familiarity with Generative AI and emerging Agentic AI tools, platforms, and enterprise use cases.
• Proven track record of developing winning pursuit solutions or sales strategies involving innovation or new technology.
• Strong business acumen, client understanding, and the ability to translate business problems into solution opportunities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed, and multi-stakeholder environment.
• Familiarity with Financial Services industry
• Bonus if you have:
  • Experience in building or leading an internal center of excellence or sales innovation function.
  • Exposure to AI solutioning tools such as Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, or Anthropic.
  • Background in regulated industries or experience embedding emerging tech in risk-conscious environments.
