• Interview & Alignment – Conduct a conversation to assess collaboration mindset, innovation potential, and contribution to community goals.

Who Are We Looking For-

Data Scientists are the architects of insight, the minds behind machine learning, the storytellers of numbers. 

They turn complex datasets into business-driving decisions using statistics, algorithms, machine learning, and engineering to discover hidden patterns, automate systems, and unlock value. At Xenon7, our Data Scientists don’t just analyze data- they lead innovation.

We’re building a handpicked community of impact-driven Data Science professionals who are:

• 10+ years experienced in Data Science or Machine Learning roles
• Skilled in Python and tools like NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, XGBoost
• Experts in ML techniques: regression, classification, clustering
• Proficient with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch)
• Strong in data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and large-scale datasets
• Experienced in mentoring or leading data teams 
• Passionate about solving real business challenges through data
• Preferred (but not mandatory): A PhD in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
