Job Description :

CSA, the data consultancy within Havas Media Group, is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our Global Center of Excellence (CoE). This is a pivotal role focused on model development and deployment with advanced analytics solutions and machine learning models.
As part of our global team, you will support markets across all regions, collaborating with consultants, analysts, and product leads. You won’t be alone, our CoE operates as a highly collaborative unit, but you will serve as a technical owner for specific engagements, ensuring our modeling work is rigorous, scalable, and aligned with CSA standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently develop advanced analytics solutions and machine learning models requiring minimal additional validation.
• Independently define and select hyperparameters for feature engineering and model fine tuning.
• Continuously refine modeling techniques to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Collaborate with the team and the leader to align project goals and technical requirements.
• Drive innovation by researching and proposing new tools, methods, and data sources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Economy, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data science, with proven success in model development and deployment.
• Expertise in advanced machine learning and statistical methods.
• Languages: English proficiency
• Demonstrated ability to operate as a high-level individual contributor with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focusing on impactful solutions for marketing analytics.
