HR People Data Analyst - TikTok&RD Mid-platform - San Jose

About the team
The RD team is building a core technology team for TikTok to ensure its sustainable development, providing the best-in-class product experience for all of our users, helping users enjoy their time on TikTok and gain privacy protection trust.
Responsibilities:
1. Understand the business deeply, through data analysis, research, interviews and other methods to proactively identify and predict strategic issues and come up with feasible recommendation to the stakeholders;
2. Implementation of standardized recruiting HR operational reports, ad hoc queries and data related projects.
3. Cultivate strong relationships with HRBP and other stakeholders that enable the successful delivery of reports, dashboards and analytics.
4. Establish and iterate people analytics framework and methodology via data mining and understanding the root data logic of Bytedance HR management systems.
5. As a promoter of HR digitization, cooperate with related businesses and functions to continuously iterate people analytics BI products
6. Work effectively in a complex, global, fast-paced matrixed environment, replete with tight deliverable timeframes and multiple stakeholders.
