We’re looking for a skilled Data Analyst with extensive technical experience in Power BI administration, SAP BusinessObjects, Oracle and SQL Server data warehouses, and Informatica IDMC environment. Working in an Agile environment, you’ll build semantic models, develop reports, and create dashboards. If you’re driven by data, technology, and making a business impact, we want to hear from you!

What You Will Do 

  • Develop models to organize requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business needs.

  • Manage enterprise documentation, control changes, and collaborate with stakeholders.

  • Perform data analysis against source systems and data warehouse.

  • Build semantic models captured as Power BI workspaces and BusinessObjects universes.

  • Coordinate prototype reviews and develop test plans, scripts, and conditions to validate solutions.

  • Provide post-deployment support, assess feedback, and ensure issues are resolved.

  • Develop advanced reports and Power BI dashboards, leveraging deep technical expertise.

  • Create data delivery designs and provide development support to leverage technology investments for business needs.

  • Train and assist users on tools and their functionality.

  • Provide rotating on-call support for existing applications and end-users. 

What You Will Bring 

  • Education: BS/MS in a Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems.

  • Experience:

    • 7+ years in data analytics tools, data warehouses, and developing reports/dashboards.

    • 3+ years Power BI administration, implementation, dashboard creation, source system analysis, data dictionaries, and source-to-target mappings.

    • 5+ years writing, developing, and testing SQL for data analysis in Oracle environments.

    • Experience implementing policies, audits, and troubleshooting.

    • Proven client-facing experience and strong relationship-building skills.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate with all levels of an organization.

  • Skills: Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to business analysis tools, SDLC, and Agile best practices.

  • Preferred Experience: 

    • SAP Business Objects 4.3 report development and universe design.

    • SAP Business Objects administration.

    • Oracle and SQL Server data warehouses, PL/SQL, and Toad.

    • Informatica IDMC, Oracle Fusion.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $120,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
