Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Analyst to join our Corporate Real Estate team. As an Analyst specializing in space, data, and insight, you will play a pivotal role in providing valuable insights and analysis to support our real estate decision-making processes. You will work closely with various local & global stakeholders, including leadership, to deliver data-driven recommendations and presentations.

Experience: 2-5 Years

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, Engineering, statistics or Real Estate

Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to analyze real estate data, including occupancy trends, CMMS data, market dynamics, Asset life cycle, Engineering & Manpower.

2. Insight Generation: Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities within real estate data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

3. Reporting and Presentation: Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate key findings, trends, and recommendations to leadership and other stakeholders.

4. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in corporate real estate to inform strategic planning and decision-making.

5. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and facilities management, to support integrated real estate strategies.

6. Technology Utilization: Leverage data visualization tools, real estate software, and other technologies to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Skills:

- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in the real estate industry.

- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, PowerBI, Python).

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Knowledge of corporate real estate principles and practices is a plus.
