We are looking for a temporary colleague to join our Data Analytics Hub Sweden at Telia Global Services Lithuania as a maternity cover. Our team consists of Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Martech Developers, and we are deeply integrated with AI & Analytics Sweden to build impactful analytical products for Telia Sweden’s customers.
I am Lukas Kinduris, Head of Data Analytics Hub Sweden, and I am looking for team members eager to grow with us and help us deliver high-quality data solutions in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
As a Data Analyst…
You will take ownership of providing BI reporting and self-service solutions that enable better decision-making across the business. You will contribute to defining product roadmaps and managing product backlogs, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver iterative and incremental improvements to our BI and analytics products. Your role will include continuous development of our self-service portfolio, helping the business with data discovery and interpretation while ensuring strong governance and usability of our solutions.
You will collaborate with other analysts, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders in an agile setup where your input will directly influence the direction and success of our deliveries. Who We’re Looking For...
To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience developing self-service analytics solutions and BI reporting tools. You are detail-oriented and analytical with a proactive and creative mindset. You are not afraid to challenge the status quo and continuously seek to improve the tools and processes around you. You enjoy simplifying the complex through data visualization and can communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
We expect you to bring:
At least 3 years of experience working as a BI Developer, with hands-on success stories
Proficiency in Qlik Sense, including dashboard development, deployment, and governance
Experience with Qlik Deployment Framework (QDF), SQL, Git, and Visual Studio Code
A degree in Business Intelligence, IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or similar
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain data insights effectively
Experience working in agile teams and knowledge of the telecom industry will be considered strong advantages.

We offer a monthly base salary from 3000 - 4500 EUR gross plus annual bonuses, depending on your competencies, your and Telia results.
