About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated DevOps / DataOps Engineer to join our Global Careers Program, with a focus on bridging development and operations across regional and global teams. This role is key to building scalable, secure, and efficient data infrastructure that powers critical data-driven processes across our platforms.

You will be responsible for developing and automating CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring reliable data processing and delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and brings strong experience in data architecture and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline software and data pipeline delivery.

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and data teams to enhance deployment processes and infrastructure reliability.

• Implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system health, performance, and visibility.

• Design and enforce data security and compliance measures across infrastructure and processes.

• Optimize cloud-native solutions leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools and services.

• Architect scalable data solutions and workflows, with a strong focus on automation and reproducibility.

Tech Stack & Tools:

• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform

• CI/CD Tools: Bitbucket Pipelines

• Workflow Orchestration: Apache Airflow, GCP Composer

• Containerization & Orchestration: Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)

• Cloud Platform: Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Automation & Monitoring Tools: (open to candidate’s toolset)

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, DataOps, or related engineering roles.

• Strong experience in cloud infrastructure (preferably GCP).

• Proven ability to implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.

• Solid understanding of data architecture, security, and orchestration tools.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional, multicultural teams.
