Your key responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you’ll be the go-to expert for web and performance analytics across our digital ecosystem. Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, you’ll help define and implement tracking strategies that deliver accurate, accessible, and actionable data. Your insights will directly support marketing, UX, and commercial teams in making smarter, faster, data-driven decisions.

  • Research market conditions and translate digital marketing ideas into actionable strategies aligned with Hempel’s commercial goals
  • Set up and manage web analytics infrastructure to optimize performance of our B2B eCommerce and web platforms
  • Create excellent user experiences by activating relevant content across owned, paid, and earned channels
  • Enhance visibility and rankings through SEO strategies backed by data and insights
  • Deliver dashboards, performance reports, and deep-dive analyses that drive real business value

What we are looking for

  • Solid experience in web & digital analytics, preferably in a B2B or eCommerce context
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio or similar
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles, traffic acquisition, and UX optimization
  • A strategic mindset combined with hands-on technical skills
  • Fluent in English – other languages are a plus
