About the Role:Â Appen is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager with 3-5 years of B2B experience to own the execution of digital marketing campaigns that drive pipeline, engagement, and growth across key accounts. Youâll be responsible for launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns across paid channels and ABM platforms.Â
Youâll work closely with the Senior Manager of Digital and Field Marketing and be expected to take the strategy and run with it, executing across platforms, collaborating with content/design, and reporting back with actionable insights.Â

About the Role:Â Appen is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager with 3-5 years of B2B experience to own the execution of digital marketing campaigns that drive pipeline, engagement, and growth across key accounts. Youâll be responsible for launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns across paid channels and ABM platforms.Â
Youâll work closely with the Senior Manager of Digital and Field Marketing and be expected to take the strategy and run with it, executing across platforms, collaborating with content/design, and reporting back with actionable insights.Â
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end campaign execution across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and display platformsÂ
- Manage ABM campaigns using platforms like Terminus or DemandbaseÂ
- Build and maintain audiences, track performance, and deliver reporting dashboardsÂ
- Collaborate with content and creative teams on ad assets, landing pages, and email nurturesÂ
- Monitor campaign performance daily, optimizing for CTR, CPL, pipeline influence, and ROIÂ
- Coordinate lead routing and tracking in partnership with Marketing Ops and SalesÂ
- Run A/B tests across channels to continuously improve campaign effectivenessÂ
- Stay up to date on digital trends, tools, and best practices in B2B tech marketingÂ
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B digital/performance marketingÂ
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn AdsÂ
- Familiarity with ABM tools (e.g. Terminus, Demandbase, 6sense)Â
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or Marketo) and Salesforce
- Analytical and detail-oriented, comfortable with reporting and optimization
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Self-starter with a bias toward action
- Nice to haves: field marketing and marketing operations expeerience
