Join our Business Development team, where you will have the opportunity to engage directly with the company's key stakeholders. This position allows you to conduct detailed analyses that lay the groundwork for the successful market entry of our products. Your key responsibilities

• Build and maintain accurate, high-quality datasets—primarily in Excel.
• Conduct company and market research using internal and third party platforms.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and team members across all levels.
• Contribute to colorful, varied projects that offer continuous learning about EY and the Big4 world and support C-level decision-making.

Skills and attributes for success

• A detail-obsessed team player with precision and strong communication skills.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment where data quality is non-negotiable.
• BsC  or Msc Degree in the field of Business Administration, Business informatics or similar field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Data / Business analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Motivation to learn AI and self-drive to research independently.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work under time pressure.
