Data Systems Oversight and Reporting
Develop, maintain, audit, and update systems for storing and organizing data, ensuring accurate and accessible records.
Develop easy-to-read and visually appealing data visualizations (graphs, charts, dashboards) that effectively convey key information.
Respond to data requests expeditiously and efficiently, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational needs.
Run data queries, extract, sort, and merge data from various sources, using programming languages and advanced Microsoft Excel functions, including Pivot tables and V-lookups.
Support Accreditation and Assessment
Generate and maintain assessment and accreditation reports that align with applicable standards and track program performance for internal stakeholders and accrediting bodies.
Assist in preparing documents and data for annual accreditation reports and site visits, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Assist with the creation, distribution, and monitoring of surveys to collect data for program assessment, accreditation, and institutional needs.
Provide aggregated and disaggregated survey finding reports for analysis and decision-making.
Make recommendations for process improvements in data collection, reporting, and program evaluation efforts.
Data Analysis and Support
Partner with the Finance and Administration team on running regular budget reconciliation reports in Workday. Work closely with the Associate Dean for Administration and Finance and the Resource Planning manager on financial planning and analysis for the School of Education.
Partner with the Admissions team on application, yield, and enrollment reporting.
Partner with the Student Success team on retention and student progress reporting needs.
Assist with ad hoc reporting and data analysis to support enrollment and financial planning, and new partnerships and program development.

Requisite Qualifications
Typically a Bachelor’s Degree in a qualitative field. A Master’s Degree or advanced study/certification in a data analytics field is preferred. Incumbent will be expected to continue upgrading knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to keep abreast of emerging technologies.
Minimum three years of related job experience. Directly related experience within higher education or similar education environment is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and administration.
Proficiency in technology and advanced utilization of technology to meet project needs and projections, including advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, knowledge of survey tools, such as Qualtrics, and data analysis software, such as SPSS, and experience with data visualization tools.

Staff RegularSalary range
