ABOUT GPC

• The key objective of the BV Global Performance Center (BV-GPC) is to support BV's global business performance. It aims to support global operations through simplified, standardized, and streamlined (3S) functioning for testing, inspection, and certification services.
• The center works to strengthen industrialized marketing and sales excellence worldwide. It additionally drives performance improvement for BV's Global Business Lines, both for existing and new service offerings. BV-GPC also oversees business process management, optimizing both back-office and front-office operations to enhance efficiency and deliver operational excellence towards end to end service delivery

 

1. PURPOSE OF POSITION

• Analyzing and improving existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Documenting and standardizing process workflows and procedures
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 (O365) applications & Experience in AI integration
• Knowledge & Working on Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align processes with organizational goals
• Evaluating and implementing process automation technologies

 

 

 

2. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. • Responsible to ensure seamless experience for BV clients and other BV offices.
   • Design and implement AI-Driven solutions using Microsoft Azure AI services, CoPilot, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
   • Integrate AI capabilities with O365 apps to automate workflows, enhance productivity, and deliver actionable insights.
   • Develop and maintain applications and automation scripts using Python and other languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#
   • Build and integrate APIs, web services, and data pipelines to support O365 and AI solutions.
   • Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver projects on time.
   • Stay updated on advancements in Microsoft 365, AI, and programming technologies to drive continuous innovation.

 

 

 

3. CRITERIA FOR PERFORMANCE EVALUATION (KPIS)

• Adherence to overall process performance standards
• Compliance with defined processes, BV internal and External guidelines
• Performance parameters as defined for the process
• Adherence to the committed deadlines
• Quality of delivery in line with expectation of stakeholders
• Stakeholder feedback

 

 

4. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

     Familiarity with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)

Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience working with O365 applications and Microsoft technologies
• Hands-on experience in developing and integrating AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure AI services and CoPilot
• Proficiency in Python and at least one other programming language relevant to Microsoft development (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, C#)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
