Head - AI CoE

Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary and strategic AI CoE Head to drive enterprise-wide AI innovation, governance, and capability building. This role will serve as the central hub for AI strategy, adoption, and scaling of AI solutions across business units while ensuring ethical, explainable, and sustainable AI practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI strategy, roadmap, and governance models.
• Evaluate, pilot, and scale AI use cases across departments and functions.
• Build and manage AI platforms, tools, frameworks, and reusable assets.
• Ensure ethical, transparent, and compliant AI development practices.
• Foster a culture of AI literacy through skill-building and training initiatives.
• Collaborate with data, IT, business, and compliance teams for integrated AI implementation.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data, analytics, or AI leadership roles.
• Proven track record in delivering AI/ML solutions at scale.
• Deep understanding of AI governance, MLOps, and responsible AI practices.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and change management capabilities.
