What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join SentinelOne’s AI/ML product team to lead feature definition and delivery for AI-powered solutions such as AI detections and Purple AI, a first-of-its-kind AI security innovation. Purple AI empowers analysts to detect earlier, respond faster, and stay ahead of attacks. We are creating a platform that will automate security operations with full control and audit by human users. In this specific role, you will lead the roadmap and feature release process for innovative AI Detections functionality. This is a very visible and hands-on PM role where you will interact with engineering, sales, marketing, and peers in product management.

What will you do? 

  • Define, evangelize, and maintain the strategy and vision for Purple AI and AI Detection features.
  • Establish priorities for what AI Detection features we should build and why.
  • Write requirements documents defining the customer value proposition and customer experience for specific features.
  • Manage the release processes for AI Detection features.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver AI/ML-powered solutions that meet customer needs
  • Coordinate documentation and go-to-market efforts associated with our Purple AI and AI Detection features in collaboration with the documentation, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Support product marketing efforts with inputs on content and marketing strategy.
  • Engage cross-functionally with customers, partners, sales engineers, and solution architects to collect requirements and build trust.
  • Develop an understanding of multiple customer profiles by speaking frequently with customers and prospects.
  • Measure and analyze the success of AI/ML products and iterate to improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes
  • Analyze usage trends associated with the product and features and make data-driven decisions based on the analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in AI/ML and apply this knowledge to improve our products

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • 3-5 years of product management at enterprise-level organizations
  • Experience delivering cybersecurity products or services, especially for AI-powered detections
  • Understanding of AI/ML technologies, including deep learning, natural language processing, LLMs, and vector databases.
  • Customer Focus - Ability to create a shared vision with customers and deliver on it
  • Ownership -  You are accountable, persistent, and tenacious about getting things done and bring that out in others
  • Passion - You have a passion for building the best product in the market
  • Craftsmanship - You insist on the highest standards and lead by example
  • Action-oriented mindset with a proven track record of balancing the delivery of long-term goals and short-term objectives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to properly translate and articulate positioning and requirements.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with both local and remote teams in different time zones.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers in research, engineering, and product marketing.
  • Strong quantitative and business analysis skills.
  • This position requires up to 15% travel to customer and SentinelOne locations worldwide.

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some locations, a different pay range may apply.  If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting process. You can also reach out to the recruiter with any questions.

Base Salary Range$128,000—$176,000 USD
