Senior Manager, Regulatory Operational Excellence, Data Analytics

As a Senior Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of visually engaging products, driving forward product strategies, product roadmaps, and user-centred solutions. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within GRO and GRA organisations

  • Strategic Leadership

Execute the product vision and strategy aligned with organizational goals to deliver visually engaging, data-driven solutions

  • Delivery Excellence

Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and visual solutions (e.g. Power BI dashboards) at scale that optimize user experience and improve business processes

Develop and execute product roadmap that balance short-term wins with long-term strategic goals.  

Lead iterative product delivery through Agile practices, balancing near-term wins and long-term platform evolution.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with senior business leaders to align priorities, manage the product backlog, and ensure delivery of high-value solutions.

Lead strategic and operational engagements with Tech to drive quality, speed, and innovation.

  • Risk & Compliance

Ensure products comply with internal security policies, external regulatory requirements, maintain audit-readiness and business-critical continuity.

Proactively identify and mitigate risks while maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.

  • Change Management

Support solution adoption within the business by acting as a change agent - building excitement, momentum, and visible success stories tied to roadmap achievements.

  • Service Management

Drive continuous improvement in product performance and service delivery.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience leading tech-enabled product delivery in R&D with strong product management expertise (e.g., roadmap ownership, stakeholder alignment, value realization).
  • Understanding of R&D processes
  • Understanding of Reg Vault and other R&D systems
  • Understanding of Power BI and Microsoft stack
  • Track record of delivering business impact through Tech strategy development, solution design, and program execution across multiple business lines.
  • Experience managing vendors and external partners to drive delivery excellence and innovation.
