You will be responsible for architecting robust data pipelines, managing data lakes and warehouses, and ensuring efficient ETL processes to support advanced analytics and AI/ML initiatives, including integration with AWS Bedrock.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level data architectures on AWS and Azure, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Lead the implementation of ETL frameworks to ingest, transform, and load large volumes of structured and unstructured data from diverse sources.
- Leverage AWS Bedrock to enable seamless integration of generative AI capabilities into data-driven applications.
- Define and enforce data governance, data quality, and metadata management standards across the organization.
- Partner with business and analytics teams to translate data requirements into scalable data models and pipelines.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new data technologies and tools to improve platform efficiency.
- Collaborate with DevOps and cloud infrastructure teams to ensure data architecture aligns with enterprise cloud strategy and performance goals.
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders in data best practices.

- Deep expertise in cloud platforms — specifically AWS (S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, Bedrock) and Microsoft Azure (Data Factory, Azure SQL, Synapse, Blob Storage).
- Proven experience building ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as Apache NiFi, Talend, AWS Glue, or Azure Data Factory.
- Strong proficiency in data modeling, data warehousing, and real-time streaming technologies.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML integration, especially utilizing AWS Bedrock or similar foundation model services.
- Proficient in SQL, Python, and/or Scala with experience in distributed data processing (e.g., Apache Spark, EMR, Databricks).
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Azure Data Engineer certification.
- Experience in MLOps or deploying AI/ML pipelines in cloud-native environments.
