Key Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of AI/ML and GenAI technologies into Prime’s data strategy to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and translate them into scalable, data-driven solutions.

• Cultivate a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and engineering excellence within the team.

• Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and data technologies to ensure Prime remains at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering; experience managing complex technical challenges across teams.

• Deep experience in data engineering and AI/ML solution design, including hands-on knowledge of GenAI technologies.

• Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and driving strategic technical initiatives.

• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills with a focus on delivering business impact through data and AI.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

• Passion for emerging technologies and a drive to foster innovation across the organization.

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with cloud-based AI tools (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Cloud AI).
