The Data and Decision Science division of Claritev brings to the marketplace expertise in data science and technology, founded out of MIT. This team works on innovating at the intersection of analytics, healthcare, and software development. We are building THE data science-driven engine to help clients manage risk related to healthcare and insurance - empowering them to make optimal decisions to control costs and improve quality of care for their members. JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Healthcare Analytics Advisor leads the development and execution of employer-focused analytical solutions. This role is responsible for conducting advanced data analysis, generating insights, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance employer and consulting service offerings. The position requires expertise in healthcare data analytics, a strong understanding of employer benefit trends, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business intelligence. JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Conduct advanced data analysis to support employer and consulting initiatives, identifying key trends and opportunities for improvement.
2. Develop complex reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate analytical findings to internal teams and external clients.
3. Collaborate with the Director, Employer and Consulting Services, to refine and enhance employer-based analytics strategies.
4. Oversee monitoring of product performance, conducting assessments, and making recommendations for enhancements.
5. Work with internal stakeholders to integrate and align employer analytics with broader company initiatives.
6. Provide technical expertise on healthcare claims data, cost and utilization trends, and population health improvement strategies.
7. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain data security best practices.
8. Coordinate cross-functional projects, collaborating with teams across the organization to drive innovation and process improvement.
9. Demonstrate commitment to the company's core values and ensure high standards of quality and service.

The Senior Healthcare Analytics Advisor plays a cruicial role in leading employer and consulting analytics, ensuring high-quality data insights and recommendations. The role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and collaboration across teams. The position has a direct impact on employer solution strategies and client engagements by providing accurate, meaningful data-driven insights. Qualifications JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training): * Minimum Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Analytics, Public Health, Business, or a related field; or 4 years of experience related to healthcare analytics and/or employer consulting.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in healthcare analytics, benefits consulting, or related field.
* Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
* Proficiency in data visualization tools, SQL, Python, R, or other analytics software.
* Experience working with healthcare claims data, employer benefits analytics, and population health improvement strategies.
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to translate technical findings into business insights.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $70-107k. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
