Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Python and knowledge of AI development frameworks like Langchain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.

• Proven experience in developing applications that integrate Generative AI features into production-ready software.
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS for building interactive, user-facing web applications.
• Extensive experience with backend development in Java and ensuring smooth integration with AI services.
• Hands-on experience with API integration and connecting AI-driven services to various system components.
• Solid understanding of full-stack development, including web application frameworks, databases, and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., OCI, AWS, Azure) for deploying AI solutions at scale. OCI experience would be a plus.
• Experience working in an agile environment, with a strong focus on fast, iterative development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues across the tech stack.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with DevOps and deploying AI-powered applications using CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration of AI services.
• Familiarity with NLP applications and integrating language models into production systems.

• Design and develop software applications that integrate Generative AI technologies.

• Focus on AI-powered application development that interacts with external APIs, third-party services, and AI models.
• Work on the frontend and backend integration, ensuring smooth deployment of AI-driven features using ReactJS and Python.
• Build robust, scalable full-stack solutions, ensuring that AI capabilities are easily accessible within the application infrastructure.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to implement and fine-tune integrations of AI capabilities, ensuring models are used efficiently in the application.
• Implement clean, maintainable code that supports AI models’ functionality and ensures long-term product scalability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Generative AI features into the overall user experience, ensuring a seamless interaction between AI and the user interface.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the improvement of development best practices.
• Develop and maintain automated testing, logging, and monitoring to ensure the reliability of AI-driven features in production.
• Communicate complex technical ideas clearly with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, to ensure alignment across teams.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
