We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Commercial Data Specialist to join our team. You will be a key member of our commercial team, providing essential support to managers and directors by ensuring the data they rely on is accurate, timely, and well organized. Your work with Veeva, retailer data, and our BI tools will be fundamental to our team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Dashboard & Report Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and updating regional dashboards in Power BI. Prepare and distribute regular reports to leadership.
Data Integrity Support: Provide routine support for our Salesforce platform, including data entry, cleansing, and validation tasks to ensure high-quality information.
Systematic Data Updates: Execute the periodic refresh of operational scorecards and reports, ensuring Medical HCP and in-store variables are current.
Action Plan Tracking: Support the management team by tracking the status of country-level action plans and updating progress reports.
Data Quality Monitoring: Assist in monitoring data feeds from our suppliers. You will be responsible for flagging any identified discrepancies or quality issues to the team for resolution.
Data Preparation: Support the team with data extraction and preparation from various sources, including Veeva and retailer platforms, for analysis by senior team members.
Ad-Hoc Requests: Perform basic data lookups and analysis to support ad-hoc information requests from managers and directors.

Job Qualifications
Required Skills:
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a data-focused role (relevant internships are considered valuable experience).
Technical Skills:
Microsoft Excel: Advanced proficiency is essential.
BI Tools: Familiarity with a BI tools like Power BI and/or Google Looker Studio for viewing, filtering, and updating existing reports.
Database: A basic understanding of SQL and the ability to run queries.
Core Competencies:
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
A proactive attitude and an eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Clear and professional communication skills.
Languages: Intermediate proficiency in English.
Desirable Skills & Qualifications:
A degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Previous exposure to Veeva CRM or Salesforce platforms.
Experience creating basic reports or visualizations in Power BI.
Basic knowledge of statistical concepts.
Familiarity with Python or any other programming language for data manipulation.
