1. Support the Group’s analytical and reporting needs, and engage stakeholders within and across teams to articulate and frame updates for senior management, the Community Chest Committee, funders and donors2. Demonstrate strong business acumen to anticipate organisational needs, identify emerging challenges, and proactively develop analytical solutions that advance the Group’s philanthropic and engagement outcomes
3. Identify process improvement opportunities and work across team to implement solutions and build internal capabilities for enhanced service delivery and processes
[What you will be working on]
Data analytics and insights to drive transformation
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and transform data analyses into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for stakeholders Design and maintain dynamic dashboards that enable real-time monitoring of key performance indicators and strategic objectives
Anticipate analytical needs and proactively propose solutions that address current and emerging business requirements
Lead process improvement initiatives using data-driven insights and industry best practices, and support change management efforts
Design and implement automated solutions to streamline data collection, validation, and reporting processes
Develop SOPs, documentation and data governance framework to ensure data quality, integrity and compliance
Other duties
Ensure compliance of integrity in matters of people, processes, procurement and relationships (vendors / suppliers / partners etc).
Lead projects and assignments as and when needed.

Structured and analytical mind with good problem identification and solving abilities.
Strategic thinking and good interpersonal skill.
Organised, meticulous and proactive
Strong communication & interpersonal skills to work with multiple stakeholders
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Skills & Knowledge:
Experience in finance & corporate planning functions
Numerical and comfortable with handling financial projection
Advanced aptitude in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills and an ability to synthesise information and conceptualise ideas
Knowledge of social service / fundraising landscape will be an added advantage
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial / Budgeting and Corporate Planning roles
Public sector experience will be an added advantage
