The SeniorMaster Data Management Analyst's responsibilities included, but are not limited to:

Operations management

  • Ensure incoming requests are processed according to SLA and in compliance with guidelines and policies;
  • Identifies process standardization and continuous improvement opportunities;
  • Adopts and complies with process excellence methodology (Lean Six Sigma, MDI, change control);
  • Identifies, develops, and delivers the VMD-relevant training for the current scope of services;
  • Works closely with different departments and proactively manages Stakeholders;
  • Supports the Associate Manager in the development, reporting, and maintenance of KPI’s;
  • Together with the Associate Manager, builds a plan to help achieve the Team objectives/KPIs;
  • Tasks: DOA maintenance & update, Supplier creation &update, Employee creation & update, Intercompany Supplier/Customer creation & update, COA creation & update.

Control and compliance

  • Maintains a quality focus culture within the Team;
  • Responsible for preparing the relevant EY/SOX controls;
  • Ensure efficient, timely, and satisfactory implementation of corrective actions for deficiencies identified by the Manager, Internal Control, or Audit;
  • Reviews, creates, and maintains internal processes and controls documentation;
  • Maintain objectivity, independence, and due professional care consistent with Stryker and external standards;
  • Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential;

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's or HBO Degree in Finance /Business-related subjects;
  • Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus;
  • Fluent spoken and written English, any other European language is a plus.

Work Experience

  • A combined professional experience of 4 years is required in the areas of master data: Supplier, Customer, Employees, Intercompany Accounts, COA;
  • ServiceNow or similar workflow management tooling - preferable
  • ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, MFG pro, BPCS, PRMS, SQL) - preferable
