As part of our team, you'll be working as (Sr.) Data Fabric Engineer who shares a passion to fulfill business needs for providing cross-domain data intelligence. The data fabric engineer needs to design and implement business analytics data foundation in highly secured data fabric zone, and also leverage Azure cloud services, Microsoft Fabric platform to implement and achieve business requirements. This role demands a deep understanding of the platform, strong technical expertise, and the ability to lead and work with development teams through complex implementations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Implement Data Solutions Aligned with Established Architecture: To develop secure, scalable, and high-performance data pipelines and models based on defined enterprise data architecture and standards. Also, to collaborate with architects to ensure consistent alignment with design principles and business needs. 

• Build and Maintain Data Models: To develop and maintain semantic models and datasets using Microsoft Fabric (e.g., Power BI, OneLake). Also, to ensure data models are optimized for self-service analytics, reporting, and operational decision-making. 

• Ensure Data Security and Governance: To apply strict security controls, access policies, and data protection measures to meet enterprise and regulatory compliance requirements. 

• Data Integration and ETL/ELT Development: To design and implement data workflows to ingest, transform, and prepare data from multiple digital business platforms, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and Finance & Operations). Also, to ensure reliability, performance, and maintainability of data pipelines using Azure Data Factory or Microsoft Fabric Pipelines. 

• Operationalize and Monitor Data Workflows: To ensure the stability and efficiency of data operations through automation, monitoring, and alerting. Also, to investigate and resolve data issues to ensure continuous data availability and integrity. 

• Collaborate with Business and Analytics Teams: To partner with stakeholders to understand business questions and translate them into effective data solutions. Also, to support business users by enabling access to clean, accurate, and timely data. 

Qualifications:

Education:  

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 

• Speak English Fluently (This is a must).  

Experience: 

• Solid SQL skills and proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Power Query/M) for data transformation and processing tasks. 

• Hands-on experience in developing data pipelines and data transformation workflows using Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric Data Pipelines, Synapse, or equivalent tools. 

• Proven experience working with Microsoft Fabric components, such as Power BI, OneLake, and Dataflows, for building semantic models and supporting analytics use cases. 

• Practical knowledge of data integration across enterprise platforms, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and Finance & Operations), and transforming data for analytics and reporting purposes. 

• Experience operationalizing and supporting data workflows, including monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. 

• Familiarity with enterprise data architecture principles, and experience implementing solutions in alignment with centralized architectural standards. 

• Experience preparing data for AI/ML workloads, including data cleansing, feature engineering, and labeling in structured and unstructured datasets. 

• Familiarity with implementing AI-powered analytics (e.g., using Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, or embedded AI in Power BI/Fabric) to enhance business insights. 

Technical Skills: 

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Finance & Operations. 

• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI), Azure Services and Microsoft Fabric.  

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, and integrations using Azure Function Apps, Logic Apps or Service Bus. 

• Proficiency in .NET, C#, Python, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Web APIs. 

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. 

• Understanding of data migration and integration tools (e.g., Synapse, Azure Data Factory). 

• Ability to utilize AI technologies, (e.g., Open AI, GPT, Dynamics 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio).  

Soft Skills:

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. 

• Problem-solving aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. 

• Team player with a collaborative mindset. 

• Effective at presenting ideas and concepts clearly. 

• Experience in consulting, business analysis, artificial intelligence, or user experience is a plus.
