🔎 Get Found- Presence: Synchronize store information on main platforms (Google, Facebook, Waze, etc.), directories and GPS.- Store Locator: Help customers find the store that’s right for them with up-to-date local data and dedicated filters on retailer websites.- Social Media: Manage posts on Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc.
🎯 Get Chosen- Review: Centralize, reply to and analyze customer reviews received on Google and Facebook.- Booster: Get additional positive reviews on Google through SMS and QR codes.

💥 ROLE & IMPACTALTERNANCE 1 ANTo support our Business Development team across multiple markets, we’re looking for a Business Analyst who will sit at the intersection of Sales and Revenue Operations. Your mission? Drive the accuracy, structure, and strategic use of data to fuel international growth and smarter prospecting.
This is not a back-office role : it’s a high-impact, highly visible position that plays a key role in our go-to-market success. You’ll work closely with BDRs, Sales, and Ops teams to ensure our CRM is clean, our customer databases are enriched, and our market mapping is sharp and scalable.

🎯 Your Missions

  • Act as a bridge between Sales and Ops, ensuring seamless alignment on data and processes
  • Maintain and optimize data quality in Salesforce across our territories: France, Italy, Iberia, LATAM, MENA
  • Build and maintain client mapping and market segmentation strategies to identify new expansion opportunities
  • Conduct lead research and database enrichment to support pipeline growth
  • Run regular audits and reports to track attribution, performance, and operational consistency
  • Leverage Excel/Google Sheets for advanced data cleaning, visualization, and analysis
  • Suggest and help implement tooling improvements and automations to streamline workflows
  • Partner with the RevOps team to build scalable processes and dashboards

💡 What We’re Looking For

  • You’re fluent in French & English (spoken & written) — any additional language is a plus
  • Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • You’ve worked with CRM tools (ideally Salesforce) and feel confident navigating them
  • You’re an Excel/Google Sheets power user with strong data manipulation skills
  • You’re analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • You thrive on autonomy but love collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • You’re naturally curious and love improving processes through data
