As our Data Integration Analyst you are responsible for the transformation of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) by managing and maintaining EDI systems. You automate the way our company exchanges orders, accounting documents and information in a touchless way. You onboard new customers on EDI, implement change requests to existing set ups, resolve issues & provide support to internal stakeholders. You’ll collaborate with experienced IT professionals, work on real projects, and get exposure to tools like Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and SAP. What will you be doing:  

  • Support onboarding of new customers to our EDI system:  automate the exchange of orders, invoices, and other business data between companies per agreed timelines and KPIs.
  • Providing trainings/handovers to internal stakeholders on Onboardings and general EDI capabilities.
  • Analyze Message Implementation Guideline (MIG) requirements & translate them into deliverable items
  • Help monitor and troubleshoot EDI data flows. Perform EDI testing, UAT in collaboration with Customers/Providers
  • Work on projects to make ABI processes fast, secure, and touchless / Help lead project improvements connected to digital transformation
  • Cooperate with EDI & logistics service providers and internal stakeholders (Customer Experience, Logistics, Finance, Commercial,…)
  • Performing EDI testing, UAT in collaboration with Customers/Providers. Performing maintenance and support on existing EDI setups on daily basis
  • Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting to resolve EDI incidents within agreed deadlines (Service Level) & quality
  • Understand, review and learn existing business processes to drive standardization and efficiency

What you will bring:  

  • Fluent in English which is a must. This role is focused on stakeholder management from very senior to very junior with varying levels of EDI awareness. You must be a strong communicator with confidence to speak to diverse stakeholders
  • Ideally 5 years work experience in OTC (experience in Order Management/ Credit/ Master Data) or work as EDI integration/SAP back-end, but we will consider talented people with a growth mindset who are quick learners who have less years of experience. The SAP/EDI training can be provided
  • There is an element of project management in this role – you will take the lead from inception to completion so the ownership to drive successful outcomes is key
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Able to work on their own initiative, in a team and drive tasks to completion
