Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and analytical professional to join our team as an Officer in Consumer Quality Analyst. This role involves managing consumer quality data and feedback, as well as overseeing related projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include exploring opportunities for leveraging consumer feedback through AI initiatives and managing projects to ensure timely execution, coordinating with various teams to achieve project goals.
Key Duties:
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
Assist in gathering, cleaning, and organizing consumer quality data from various sources.
Help develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and trends.
Support the translation of data findings into actionable insights and recommendations for improving product quality and customer satisfaction.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer service, to ensure data-driven decision-making.
Assist in identifying areas for quality improvement based on data analysis and feedback.
Maintain detailed documentation of data analysis processes and findings.
- AI Utilization:
Support in exploring opportunities and developing strategic initiatives for leveraging consumer feedback and quality-related data.
Facilitating and collaborating closely with manufacturing technology teams to develop and maintain an AI-utilized platform.
- Project Management:
Assist in managing projects and initiatives related to consumer quality.
Ensure timely and successful execution of projects by coordinating tasks and activities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Monitor project progress and report on milestones to the Data Analysis Supervisor.
Qualifications…
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel, Tableau).
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
