Position: Master Data Analyst

Work Location: Vantive, Old Toongabbie NSW Office

(Note: We anticipate relocating the office to Victoria Cross (North Sydney) in the near future)

Reporting Manager: Senior Manager, Planning - APAC

Normal Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00-17:00 (2 days Working from home)

Travel: Not required

Job Scope: This role will have critical involvement in the maintenance and lifecycle of the master data elements within Vantive Oracle JDE and drive continuous improvement of the processes ensuring data integrity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyse, Lead creation, assessment, and maintenance for all areas of Vantive master data.

• Be responsible for JDE data maintenance activities to support business requirements including:

• New product creation and management (JDE and PIM).

• Item and inventory maintenance enquiry management.

• Pallet Profile management.

• BAS Submission.

• Ensure data integrity, assess and implement strategies to improve process efficiency, master data accuracy to meet performance targets.

• Be responsible for generating reports to support business operations.

• Be key point of contact for A/NZ cluster with potential responsibility expansion to APAC regional support.

• JDE data management and integration and NPI.

• Collaborate cross functionally with Internal and external stakeholders to resolve master data issues.

• Ownership and management of GS1 NPC.

• Ownership and management of the JDE “New Part Process”.

• Ownership and management of the Monthly Discard Process.

• Own all ANZ MDM Process Documentation, create and maintain as required.

• Participate and engage in projects as required.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Master Data, Data Analysis, or related fields is required.

• Experience of corporate business environments and stakeholder engagement.

• Working knowledge of master data management processes and financial/supply chain.

• Experience in Inventory Management.

• Experience with Project Management.​

• Proficiency with JDE ERP business software (Master Data, Inventory, Supplier Master, Address Book).

• Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) skills.

• Able to efficiently prioritize work and timely inform stakeholders on progress.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to interpret, manipulate and work with large amounts of data.

• Analytically minded and methodical problem solver.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Proficient in English Language.

• Comfortable with engaging and conversing with stakeholders at all levels.

• Working knowledge of: SharePoint, GS1 NPC, Cognos, Data Access Studio (DAS8), TM1.
