What you'll do:

- Design, develop, and maintain insightful reports and dashboards using Qlik to support key business decisions in commercial and financial areas.

- Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

- Build and automate advanced dashboards in Google Sheets, leveraging complex formulas and scripts.

- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and validate data across various databases.

- Collaborate closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear deliverables.

- Document IT tools, processes, and workflows to ensure clarity and knowledge sharing.

Who you are:

- 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst

- Highly skilled in Qlik (Sense or View) and other reporting tools.

- Proficient in SQL and comfortable working with various databases.

- Experience with Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, automation, and scripting.

- Familiar with IT documentation standards and ticketing systems.

- Nice-to-have: Experience with Tableau or other BI tools, knowledge of Python or other scripting for automation, and a good grasp of data visualization best practices.

- Fluent in English

- Based in Lisbon or Oporto, available to work onsite twice a week in a hybrid model.
