In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of data within the CRM system for businesses in our Health, Wealth & Career segment. You will work closely with Sales Operations colleagues around the world on priority activities determined by those businesses. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, organized CRM environment that supports business development, sales forecasting, and operational reporting. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in data management, CRM systems, and business analysis.
The Role
CRM Data Management & Quality Assurance
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of CRM data, particularly key fields such as opportunity dates, statuses, account owner details, and contact information.
- Conduct routine audits and validations of pipeline data to ensure it aligns with current business priorities and reporting needs.
- Monitor and clean up duplicate records, incorrect entries, or outdated information.
- Maintain data standards and enforce best practices in CRM usage across user groups.
Pipeline & Opportunity Validation
- Regularly review the sales pipeline and work with sales teams to validate data accuracy and update opportunity stages and forecasts.
- Support sales leadership in identifying gaps or inconsistencies in pipeline reporting.
- Collaborate with regional or business leads to ensure opportunity data is properly assigned, categorized, and aligned to revenue targets.
Leaver & Account Transition Management
- Ensure timely updates in CRM for employees who have left the organization, including reassignment of accounts, opportunities, and associated contacts.
- Facilitate smooth transitions by coordinating with managers and sales operations during account or territory reassignments.
Client Contact and Account Clean-Up
- Update and enrich client contact records by researching public sources such as LinkedIn and corporate websites.
- Support segmentation efforts by categorizing contacts based on role, industry, or function to enhance targeting and communication strategies.
CRM System Updates & Governance
- Execute updates related to account ownership changes and clarify GCID (Global Client ID) linkages to ensure accurate tracking of goals and performance.
- Coordinate with the CRM administrator or IT team to escalate system bugs, request enhancements, or ensure compliance with user access protocols.
Data Reporting & Analysis
- Develop and maintain data dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or other tools to support business reporting and analytics.
- Automate recurring reports and support ad hoc data requests from stakeholders.
- Identify trends, anomalies, or insights that can help improve sales strategy, client engagement, or internal operations.
Process Documentation & User Support
- Maintain documentation for CRM data standards, workflows, and reporting processes.
- Provide basic support and training for CRM users, promoting adherence to data entry guidelines and system usage best practices.
The Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data management, CRM systems, or sales operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools like Power BI.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization.
- Familiarity with CRM data governance and data lifecycle management.
- Working knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, VBA) is a plus.
- Experience supporting sales teams or client success functions.
Working Conditions:
- Flexibility in a hybrid set-up, with work shift varying between European and American time zones depending on assignments
- Role may involve working with teams across different time zones
- Occasional meetings with senior stakeholders and business leaders to present data findings or updates.
