We’re determined to make a difference and are proud to be an insurance company that goes well beyond coverages and policies. Working here means having every opportunity to achieve your goals – and to help others accomplish theirs, too. Join our team as we help shape the future.

As a Data Analyst on the Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) team, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our document automation capabilities. You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure data accuracy, generate insights, and support strategic decision-making across IDP initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze structured and unstructured data from IDP workflows to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Partner with business SMEs and Data Science/BI teams to define and refine data requirements, default rules, and tiering logic.
  • Translate business needs into formalized data logic and transformation documentation.
  • Develop and validate business reporting dashboards and KPIs (e.g., extraction counts, quote rates, time-to-first-action).
  • Participate in end-to-end testing and validation of IDP integrations across enterprise systems.
  • Aggregate and interpret weekly test results and stakeholder feedback during release cycles.
  • Collaborate with IT, architecture, and operations teams to ensure seamless data ingestion and reporting alignment.

Additional Expectations:

Given the agile nature of the IDP team, this role may extend beyond traditional data analyst responsibilities. Flexibility, initiative, and a collaborative mindset are essential, as you may be asked to support adjacent functions or broader team goals as priorities evolve.

This role will have a Hybrid work schedule, with the expectation of working in an office (Columbus, OH, Chicago, IL, Hartford, CT or Charlotte, NC) 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in data validation and reporting, with proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platforms, document extraction workflows, and insurance data structures is a plus.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics/reporting platforms.
  • Experience with AI technologies like Optical Character Recognition (OCR) or Natural Language Processing (NLP), and machine learning automation is nice to have.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred

Candidate must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship. The company will not support the STEM OPT I-983 Training Plan endorsement for this position.
