Job Description

Data Analytics & Insight Expert plays a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable business intelligence to support decision-making across Globe’s B2B Sales Operations. This role goes beyond traditional data processing, focusing on unlocking insights, improving data quality, and enabling automation to drive operational efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and sales performance analysis. The analyst will partner closely with cross-functional teams to surface trends, design reporting tools, and generate insights that fuel smarter strategies and improved customer engagement.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Data Curation & Governance
  Collect, cleanse, and validate large datasets from multiple sources (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, SQL databases) to ensure data integrity and consistency for downstream use.

• Analytics & Insights Generation
  Analyze sales performance metrics, behaviors, and operational patterns to surface actionable insights that guide business planning, campaign strategies, and performance reviews.

• Reporting & Visualization
  Design and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Looker) tailored for various stakeholders, translating complex data into clear business narratives.

• Automation & Optimization
  Identify and implement opportunities to automate repetitive data tasks using scripts, advanced Excel, or AI-based tools—improving turnaround time and accuracy.

• Stakeholder Collaboration
  Work with sales leaders, operations teams, and IT/data partners to understand data needs, gather requirements, and deliver insights that influence tactical and strategic decisions.

• Data Quality & Standards
  Proactively monitor data quality and integrity, establish standards, and suggest improvements in data handling processes to enhance long-term reliability.
