  • Building and deploying software solutions for quantitative and workflow models.
  • Mentoring junior quantitative analysts and sharing knowledge openly across the team.

Who You Are

You are an analytical problem-solver with a love for data, models, and financial markets. You bring:

  • Proficiency in C# and SQL, with a strong understanding of software development practices (source control, testing, code review).

You may also bring:

  • An Honours or Master’s degree in financial or mathematical sciences or data science.
  • Experience implementing machine learning algorithms in a financial context.
  • Python programming experience.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development environments.

The Strengths You’ll Bring

  • Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • A conscientious, deadline-driven work ethic.
  • Agility to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Problem-solving orientation with a drive to innovate.
  • Self-motivation and initiative to contribute meaningfully.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to mentor others.
  • A deep passion for financial markets and investment research.
