Your Impact
We are seeking a Director of Data Analytics - Business Intelligence to be a key player in the development and implementation of a centralized business intelligence and data analytics framework. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define data goals, support the build of a scalable infrastructure, and drive data aggregation, reporting, and analysis for our executive leadership team. You will play a key part in enabling data-driven decision-making and enhancing business outcomes that align to our company’s overall business objectives.
What You'll Do:
- Support the creation of a comprehensive data analytics strategy to define, build, and report on cross-functional team objectives and key results
- Lead team of engineers and analysts, in building the design and development of a centralized data analytics infrastructure that aggregates key business sources into a single source of truth
- Lead efforts to develop standardized dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights across the business
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure data pipelines and aggregation layers meet business needs, ensuring scalability and reliability
- Help reduce manual reporting by building automated reporting tools and processes, ensuring real-time access to data for key stakeholders
- Work with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for measuring business performance and progress against objectives
- Lead a team of data professionals providing mentorship, guidance, and oversight on projects while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
Who You Are:
- 10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data infrastructure development, ideally with experience in digital advertising environments.
- Proficient in SQL, data modeling, and working with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. BigQuery, AWS, Azure) and data pipeline technologies is preferred.
- Reputation for successfully conveying complex findings to non-technical stakeholder.
- Strong ability to define key metrics, model data, and use data to drive business insights and decisions.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to meet business objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, or Affiliate Marketing systems
- Experience in defining and managing OKRs and KPIs within a data-driven environment
- Proven track record in reducing manual reporting and building automated reporting solutions
- Proficient experience in the Advertising, Media, and eCommerce space

The base salary for this role is between $168,000 - $204,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
