This is you

  • 6+ years of experience building interactive dashboards using Tableau.
  • 2+ years of Tableau Cloud experience (MUST), including familiarity with its AI-driven features.
  • Solid understanding of Marketing and Sales KPIs, with at least 3+ years of experience using data to drive performance.
  • 3+ years working with Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems, specifically within marketing modules like Opportunities, Pipelines, etc.
  • 1+ year of experience building Tableau Cloud extensions.
  • Ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets and present them to business stakeholders in a clear, strategic manner.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Emphasis in Data Engineering is a plus.
  • Currently residing in United States, MUST work in Pacific time. 
  • Located in the San Francisco Bay Area / West coast is a plus.
  • Highly self-motivated with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Able to work independently as well as within global, cross-functional teams.


Nice-to-have skills:

  • Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and Tableau APIs.
  • Familiarity with Financial KPIs and their use in reporting dashboards.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing previous Tableau Cloud work and business-impacting dashboards.

This is your role

  • Design and develop Tableau Cloud dashboards that surface key business insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities for strategic growth.
  • Create tools and automated mechanisms that reduce manual overhead and improve data accessibility.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to define KPIs, develop metrics, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Build and deploy custom Tableau Cloud extensions to enhance dashboard interactivity and business value.
  • Communicate findings clearly through storytelling, visuals, and presentations tailored to the audience.
  • Maintain strong documentation and adhere to best practices in dashboard design and data governance.
  • Contribute to a fast-paced team delivering high-impact insights within tight timelines.
