What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it)

Sharpen your strategic thinking, elevate your technical toolkit, and make your mark through data. You’ll drive key initiatives while learning and contributing in meaningful ways.

• Design and deliver BI solutions: Build scripts, dashboards, and ETL processes that align with business needs and ensure data integrity.
   
• Turn data into action: Develop compelling visualizations and narratives that influence decisions at every level.
   
• Collaborate and communicate: Work with stakeholders to gather clear requirements and refine them into user-friendly solutions.
   
• Test and improve: Validate your own work, participate in peer reviews, and recommend improvements to strengthen our analytics ecosystem.
   
• Grow your impact: Offer insights, tackle challenges, and help build a data culture that drives business outcomes.

What will make you successful

• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or software development
• Strong skills in SQL, Python, Tableau, and data warehouse platforms like Snowflake or Azure
• Experience in Agile or iterative development practices
• A knack for visual storytelling and user-focused dashboard design
• A collaborative, curious mindset and drive to turn data into decisions
