  • Proficiency in Python and modern AI libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
  • Strong understanding of reinforcement learning, prompt engineering, and foundation model orchestration.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native architecture (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder alignment capabilities.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with LLM-integrated tools such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
  • Working knowledge of graph theory, symbolic reasoning, or cognitive architectures.
  • Strong product intuition and UX sensibility for interactive AI applications.
  • Track record of mentorship, technical leadership, or open-source contributions.
  • Interest in the human-AI interface and responsible AI development.

    Education Requirements:

    - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.

    - Preference given to candidates with advanced degrees (M.S. or Ph.D.).

    - Equivalent professional experience in AI systems architecture or software engineering may substitute for a formal degree.
