Due to growth, we are adding a Clinical Outcomes Analyst to our Clinical Program Management Team!
The Analyst, Clinical Outcomes is a role that brings together theory and practice to identify and communicate data-driven insights that allow managers, stakeholders, and other executives in the organization to make informed decisions.
The Analyst, Clinical Outcomes will have a general understanding of the company’s databases, business intelligence (BI) tools, and existing reports and act as a resource in internal meetings.
Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to support business objectives.
- Develop interactive automated dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
- Verify that analyses, reports, and other data deliverables are complete and accurate.
- Utilize data analytics to measure clinical outcomes.
- Transform data into information that can be proactively used to improve business.
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver effective solutions.
- Participate in, adhere to and support compliance and diversity, equity, and inclusion program objectives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What our team expects from you?
- Education: BA/BS with focus on Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent combined education and experience preferred.
- Experience:
- Experience in analytics, data modeling, or business intelligence is preferred.
- Experience (including education) with SQL, R or Python or other Business Intelligence software.
- Experience with spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and Data visualization software such as Tableau or Qlik.
