As a Working Student in Legal Tech & AI Integration, you’ll be at the intersection of law and innovation—building smart tools, supporting digital legal processes, and helping implement AI solutions across the legal team. If you're a tech-savvy student excited about the future of legal systems, this is your chance to make an impact.

Your Role

AI & Legal Tech Integration: You’ll support the integration of AI tools, APIs, and legal chatbots to streamline internal legal systems and drive innovation
Low-Code Development: You’ll create practical low-code applications that help automate legal workflows and improve team efficiency
AI-Assisted Legal Support: You’ll work with smart AI tools like Libra to assist in contract reviews and help develop automated legal document analysis processes
Administrative Automation & Support: You help update contract templates in Fynk and SharePoint, translate and integrate guidelines with AI into EQS, maintain Confluence pages, migrate documents to SharePoint, manage Legal Pages in Statamic, and automate recurring tasks using digital tools
Digital Legal Monitoring: You’ll monitor legal developments at national and EU levels using AI tools, and clearly present relevant updates to the legal team
Continuous Learning & Growth: You’ll take part in internal and external learning opportunities to grow your skills in Legal Tech, AI, and digital transformation

Your Qualifications

Educational Background: You’re enrolled in a university program in IT, computer science, law, or a related field, with about 20 hours per week availability starting late summer 2025
Legal & Technical Knowledge: You’ve basic legal understanding combined with programming skills (Python, JavaScript, Java) and experience with low-code/no-code platforms
AI & Tool Proficiency: You’re familiar with AI applications such as ChatGPT, MS365 Copilot, or similar tools, and possess basic knowledge of API integration and system connections
Language Skills: You’ve strong English skills, and knowledge of German will be an added benefit
Soft Skills & Mindset: You’re curious, communicative, adaptable, and passionate about innovation, technology, and the legal profession
Team Collaboration: You excel at working across technical and legal teams, effectively bridging communication and collaboration gaps
