Within Actimize, the AI and Analytics Team is developing the next generation advanced analytical cloud platform that will harness the power of data to provide maximum accuracy for our clients’ Financial Crime programs. As part of the PaaS/SaaS development group, you will be responsible for developing this platform for Actimize cloud-based solutions and to work with cutting-edge cloud technologies.

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our Analytics R&D team. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, performance, and accuracy of our fraud detection and analytics solutions. You will work closely with data scientists and engineers to validate machine learning models and ensure production readiness in scalable environments.

This new SaaS platform will enable our customers (some of the biggest financial institutes around the world) to create solutions on the platform to fight financial crime.

Have you got what it takes?

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for fraud analytics and ML models.
• Set up and manage test environments on NICE Actimize products.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of containerized ML models using Kubernetes and Helm.
• Implement custom automation utilities for QA processes, data validation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to validate model performance.
• Perform root cause analysis and debugging of fraud detection pipelines.
• Support data preparation and cleaning for the Data Science team.
• Monitor model performance across clients to ensure consistent outcomes.
• Document QA processes, test cases, and technical specifications.
• Present QA insights and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; M.Tech preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in QA, automation, or ML Ops roles, preferably in FinTech.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and scripting for automation and data analysis.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Strong understanding of fraud analytics and model performance monitoring.
• Experience with AWS services such as S3, Athena, and SageMaker.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Actimize AIS and enterprise fraud management systems.
• Knowledge of Scala and PMML for model transformation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Certifications in QA, automation, or cloud technologies.
• Contributions to QA or data science communities.
