We are searching for an experienced Executive Assistant with a passion for business, entrepreneurship, and personal development - tasked with delivering exceptional service, organization & professional experience to our CEO.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other stakeholders, including the executive team, employees, and external partners.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
- Coordinate and manage special projects as directed by the CEO.
- Organize and attend meetings, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared and informed.
- Oversee office operations and administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and activities.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in the following software:
AI software such as Chat GPT Slack
Monday.com
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Experience with managing executive calendars and travel arrangements.

Compensation
- Starting at $75,000-$85,000 (Enhanced experience is subject to negotiation)
Schedule
- Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
