What You'll Do

As a Data & Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Data Transformation & Reporting: Aggregate and transform data from diverse sources using the Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem. You will build and maintain dynamic, interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide clear, actionable insights.
  • Process Automation: Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline data collection, integration, and reporting processes, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency.
  • Custom Application Development: Develop custom, low-code applications with Power Apps to create user-friendly interfaces for data entry, data exploration, and interaction with our business data.
  • Advanced Analytics & Scripting: Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to develop robust, scalable, and reusable scripts for complex data manipulation and automation tasks.

What You'll Bring

We are looking for a candidate with a strong foundation in data analytics and a passion for automation and development.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in a data-focused role with heavy use of the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
    • Expertise in Power BI for creating compelling data visualizations and reports.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and manage automated workflows using Power Automate.
    • Hands-on experience developing custom applications with Power Apps.
    • A solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and experience with a relevant programming language (e.g., Python).
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • A degree or current enrollment in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • Familiarity with DAX and Power Query M formula language.
    • Experience with SQL and database management.
