Meta is seeking a Product Operations Manager to join the Product Operations team. Our mission is to be the experts on functional quality to improve how product teams resolve user issues. We are looking for experienced professionals with data expertise who can partner with cross functional teams in complex, multi-platform efforts to improve the experience through data analysis and storytelling for the user at scale, while maintaining clarity of product vision and organizational awareness.

You will be in charge of communicating the quality of Meta’s products and global operational launch system to engineering, product, design, and other cross-functional partners as reported by internal and external stakeholders. You will build and own the technical setup and processes for collecting, generating, and triaging launch activities across product groups, reporting out on preparations and post launch insights for scaled launches. Additionally, you will partner with operational teams to implement cross-organization/ cross- company process and tooling improvements focused on driving launch preparedness, efficiency, resolution of issues, and improved product quality.Product Operations Manager, Launches Responsibilities
  • Become an expert in the health and quality of Meta's products, including Reality Labs and Family of Apps
  • Collect, analyze, and leverage data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions
  • Leverage AI and automation models, prompts, and insights to optimize workflow efficiency and improve quality of our output, insights, and deliverables
  • Define and lead program execution strategy for multiple areas of products and the platform, including kickstarting 0 to 1 efforts, accelerating execution, and improving quality/outcomes for product objectives via programmatic solutions
  • Work with other Product, Engineering, and Product Operations leaders to implement product, process, and tool improvements
  • Design end-to-end operational Performance, Reliability, and Efficiency (PRE) programs, developing processes, anticipating issues, and implementing mitigation strategies as needed
  • Mentor team members, providing continual support to unblock and enable them to complete their respective projects
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 6+ years of experience related to strategy, operations, consulting, or data analysis
  • Demonstrated experience building data pipelines, reports, dashboards (Unidash etc.), and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to executive technical stakeholders to influence decision-making
  • Experience building executive level dashboards, and scaled processes for teams to interact with
  • Communication skills in interacting with and influencing multiple cross-functional stakeholders and management
  • Analytical experience using data to tell a story and influence product direction using intermediate to advanced SQL
  • Proactive problem solver with experience breaking down ambiguous issues into component parts to develop solutions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience building internal tools
  • Experience working with global/remote teams
  • Moderate leadership and personnel management experience

$122,000/year to $177,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
