Data Analysis Manager

Job Responsibilities
 Provide logistics data and business analysis support for the leadership team (i.e. Dashboard design, Score card design and performance data tracking);
 Provide weekly and monthly logistics business reviews, which includes business process optimization indicators, workforce performance indicators, capacity planning recommendations, etc..
 Team engagement and collaboration (i.e. CN performance team, EU logistics operation team and HQ data team, etc.);
 Work within time constraints to meet critical business needs.

Job Requirements
 Bachelor's degree and above in data analysis, business analysis or related field;
 3+ years of data analysis experiences in E-commerce companies;
 Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools;
 Experience working in a fast-paced environment similar to a high-tech start-up; Works well under pressure with the ability to prioritize competing deliverables;
 Proficient oral and written communication skills.
