The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to provide actionable insights that optimize our acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. You will work closely with our Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to measure campaign performance, understand customer behavior, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, directly contributing to Rugiet Health's rapid growth.

What You'll Do: 

  • Data Collection & Integration: Work with engineering and marketing teams to ensure accurate tracking, collection, and integration of marketing data from various sources (e.g., ad platforms, Google Analytics, CRM, internal databases, email marketing platforms). 
  • Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear, concise, and actionable insights into marketing campaign performance (e.g., CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, engagement metrics). 
  • Deep Dive Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within our marketing data. This includes customer segmentation, funnel analysis, channel performance comparisons, and ROI analysis. 
  • Attribution Modeling: Assist in the evaluation and refinement of marketing attribution models to accurately credit touchpoints and understand the true impact of different marketing channels. 
  • A/B Testing Analysis: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments across marketing channels (e.g., ad creative, landing pages, email subject lines) to optimize performance and inform strategic decisions. 
  • Predictive Analytics (as applicable): Support the development of predictive models (e.g., churn prediction, LTV forecasting) to inform proactive marketing strategies. 
  • Insight Generation: Translate complex data findings into clear, digestible insights and recommendations for marketing and leadership teams, presenting data visually and verbally. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Paid Media, Retention, Creative, Product, and Growth teams to define analytical needs, provide data-driven recommendations, and support strategic initiatives. 
  • Data Quality & Governance: Assist in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of marketing data across all platforms. 
  • Market Research Support: Support market research efforts by analyzing external data sources and industry trends. 

What You Bring: 

  • 2-4+ years of experience as a Marketing Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, with a strong focus on marketing performance and customer behavior. 
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation is required. 
  • Strong experience with at least one major web analytics platform (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI) and building clear, actionable dashboards. 
  • Solid understanding of key marketing metrics (e.g., CPA, ROAS, LTV, churn, conversion rates) and marketing funnels. 
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. 

Bonus Points If You Have: 

  • Experience with a direct-to-consumer (D2C) or e-commerce business, especially in the healthcare or subscription space. 
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo) or CRM systems. 
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) and their reporting interfaces. 
  • Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis. 
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
