As a member of the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE), we are looking for an experienced IS/IT Digital & Data Manager to lead and grow a team based in Indonesia, responsible for Level 0, 1, and 2 support operations for strategic initiatives in Data Engineering (ETL), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) on Anaplan.

This key role also includes managing the transition of operations currently handled by an external vendor to an in-house team, which the manager will recruit, structure, and lead to ensure high service quality aligned with group standards.

The Operations Manager will work closely with expert teams based in France and will report hierarchically to the CIO Asia, India, KSA, Middle East & Africa, while reporting operationally to the VP of the CCoE (Center of Excellence).

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing local team to deliver Level 0, 1, and 2 support for ETL, RPA, and Anaplan operations.
  • Define and implement a talent development and retention strategy to continuously strengthen team capabilities and expertise.
  • Plan and execute the smooth transition of services from the external provider to the internal team, minimizing operational risks.
  • Effectively manage operational costs, establish and monitor budgets, and proactively identify risks and opportunities to optimize spending and operational performance.
  • Ensure continuity and continuous improvement of support operations in close collaboration with expert teams in France.
  • Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as SLA compliance, service quality, and process efficiency.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve operational processes, standards, and documentation to ensure operational excellence.
  • Provide regular performance reports and analysis to regional and global stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the definition of the operational roadmap and identify opportunities for further optimization and automation.
  • Communicate on Indonesia Delivery Center successes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in managing IT or support operations teams, ideally in a multicultural environment.
  • Solid understanding of Data Engineering (ETL) concepts and tools, RPA, and EPM/Anaplan solutions.
  • Successful experience in managing service transitions or insourcing internal teams.
  • Strong budget management skills, with the ability to control costs, workforce and workload planning, and mitigate operational risks.
  • Excellent leadership, talent development, and change management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed and multicultural teams.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory due to the nature of work; proficiency in French is a plus.
