Weâre embarking on an exciting new phase in the expansion of our Procurement target operating model and weâre looking for talented individuals to be part of the journey. These changes will enhance the capability of Computershareâs global Procurement teams. Our ambition is to create a function that is proactively called upon by the business to enable growth while reducing cost and managing risk.Â
To support our vision for the Procurement function, we are building new capabilities in our CoE of which this role will be part of. These capabilities will cover sourcing and contracting, data analytics and reporting, systems and process improvements, as well as third-party risk management and vendor management activities.
At Computershare, Procurement plays a critical role in supporting our global business, delivering purchasing expertise, negotiating with third-party suppliers, and ensuring value for every function across the organization. As part of this vital team, the CoE Data Reporting Analyst operates at the heart of our global procurement strategy, transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive performance and ensure compliance. Weâre looking for an experienced and detail-oriented procurement analyst to help power our global initiatives. In this role, youâll gather and analyze data from a variety of systems, producing reports that inform decision-making at every level of the business. You'll play a key role in automating manual reporting processes and identifying inefficiencies, partnering closely with our Process Manager to remove barriers and improve operational flow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver core analytics services to clients, covering all services provided Â
- Support the management of the client Â
- Keep proactively abreast of key market developments in analytics, both in terms of technology enhancements and in terms of regulatory developments that may give rise to changes in current approaches or new market opportunities Â
- Support the evolution of analytics technology and tools to enable development and deployment of efficient analytical solutionsÂ
- Support the analytics solution design approaches and lead the development and implementation and testing required to ensure the analytics projects and solutions are fit for purpose Â
- Work closely with the change function, ensure that all change in data, analytics and reporting is delivered on time, to the right quality level and within budget, whilst securing appropriate budget to deliver change effectively without affecting BAU delivery

Required:
- Minimum 5 years in report analyticsÂ
- Experienced in being a champion to advocate Procurement strategy and proceduresÂ
- Experienced in enforcing global standards and complianceÂ
Preferred:
- Bachelorâs Degree in Mathematics or Business AdministrationÂ
- Industry certification in ProcurementÂ
