PROS’ Professional Services organization is looking for a dynamic, curious, and driven professional to join as Senior Implementation Consultant. This role combines technical configuration expertise, strategic delivery ownership, and client-facing communication skills. You’ll work across a variety of global implementations, helping enterprise customers in the airline and travel industries realize value through PROS solutions.

A Day in the Life of the Senior Implementation Consultant – About the Role:

• Configure software to meet customer requirements, translating business needs into scalable solutions. 

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, including high-stakes, multi-region or multi-language rollouts. 

• Participate in customer meetings to gather requirements, resolve issues, deliver demos, create and deliver test cases, and support acceptance testing. 

• Serve as the primary implementation contact across internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success). 

• Design and lead quality assurance processes for complex configurations, including automation strategies. 

• Manage and escalate technical challenges, working with senior leadership to unblock sensitive issues. 

• Document configurations, contribute to implementation playbooks and internal process improvements. 

• Coach and mentor junior consultants, review technical work, and provide real-time support and feedback. 

• Provide post-implementation roadmap guidance and strategic planning to support product adoption and upsell potential. 

• Advocate for client needs by identifying feature gaps or opportunities and liaising with Product for improvements. 

Required Qualifications – About You:

• A problem solver with advanced analytical skills and strong attention to detail. 

• A confident communicator who can speak with senior stakeholders (e.g., CMOs, Heads of Digital) about both value and technical strategy. 

• Technically adept with experience in configuring SaaS platforms and integrating APIs (REST/SOAP), working across varied client environments. 

• Able to work across encrypted, dynamic deeplink solutions and understand custom configuration formats. 

• Adaptable and comfortable managing competing priorities, shifting requirements, and a fast-paced environment. 

• A self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage entire implementations independently.
• 2+ years of experience in Implementation Consulting, Business Analysis, Product Management, or related fields.
• Experience with REST APIs and system integration.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, Postman, and ticketing systems.
• English fluency required.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 10% based on workload.

Highly Preferred:

• AI Literacy: Demonstrates a solid understanding of core AI concepts, terminology, and practical applications. Effectively leverages AI tools to enhance productivity, insights, and decision-making, while adhering to ethical standards and best practices.
• Prompt Engineering: Skilled at crafting clear, structured, and effective prompts to optimize the quality, relevance, and utility of AI-generated outputs.
• Agentic AI: Understands the role of autonomous agents in streamlining workflows and automating end-to-end tasks. Able to build, utilize, or manage agentic AI systems and integrate them into business processes.
• Experience in the technology or travel industries. 
• Familiar with aviation and travel industry standards (e.g., IATA, GDPR for airlines, WCAG accessibility). 
• Strong familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing concepts (SEO, Paid Search).
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and team documentation.
• Ability to represent the implementation function in cross-functional initiatives.
• Spanish language skills a plus.
