Job Summary:
Bear Robotics is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead our global financial planning and analysis (FP&A) team. supporting operations across the US, EMEA, and APAC regions. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving the company-wide planning process, delivering strategic insights, and managing a distributed team to support our fast-growing Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) business.
You’ll work closely with executive leadership, regional stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to ensure aligned financial strategy, performance tracking, and decision-making across the organization. This position can be based in either Dublin, Ireland or Addison, TX, with global responsibilities.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Bear Robotics’ global FP&A team across US, EMEA, and APAC regions
- Own the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes
- Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, providing insights that drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and margin expansion
- Build and review complex financial models related to pricing, unit economics, scenario analysis, and new initiatives
- Oversee consolidated monthly/quarterly reporting packages, KPIs, and board/investor reporting
- Ensure timely, accurate financial planning and variance analysis across all regions
- Drive continuous improvement in financial tools, data quality, and reporting systems
- Develop and maintain dashboards, planning templates, and business performance reviews
- Collaborate with Accounting, People Operations, Tax, and Operations to ensure cross-functional alignment
- Support ad hoc strategic projects, business case modeling, and investment analysis
- Foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous learning across the FP&A team
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Manages and mentors global FP&A team (1–2 team members)
- Provides formal coaching, feedback, and performance management
- Participates in hiring, onboarding, and team development within the finance function
Required Skills/Abilities/Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing global finance teams
- Advanced modeling and financial planning capabilities across SaaS and/or hardware businesses
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Experience building scalable FP&A processes, tools, and teams in a high-growth environment
- Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally across time zones and cultures
Preferred Skills/Abilities/Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS, robotics, manufacturing, or subscription-based business models
- Familiarity with global FP&A tools (Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or similar)
- Experience with global ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI)
- Background in supporting or leading financial operations for international markets
- Experience in a high-growth global startup environment
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- 6–10 years of total finance experience, including 4+ years in FP&A

The pay for this position is $126K to $158K in Addison, TX and €110K to €137K in Dublin, Ireland + discretionary annual performance bonus. Pay is dependent on the applicant's relevant experience.
